We retain conversation data only as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable business and legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

• Opt out / stop messages: reply STOP at any time and we will cease messaging you.
• Access or deletion: request a copy or deletion of your data by messaging us or emailing the contact below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit by WhatsApp; stored data is access-controlled.

This service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
