- Business context — non-sensitive details you share about your business or inquiry during the conversation.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, payment card numbers, or government identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To hand a conversation to a human team member when appropriate.

- Meta Platforms — as the operator of the WhatsApp Business Platform that delivers messages.
- Infrastructure providers (e.g., our database and hosting providers) strictly to operate the service.

We retain conversation data only as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable business and legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

STOPat any time and we will cease messaging you. - Access or deletion: request a copy or deletion of your data by messaging us or emailing the contact below.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit by WhatsApp; stored data is access-controlled.
8. Children
This service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
